The China International Bakery Exhibition is co-sponsored by the China Bakery and Sugar Products Industry Association and Beijing Bakery Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. China International Bakery Exhibition is an Asia-Pacific preferred international trade exhibition platform serving the entire industrial chain of the bakery industry. It started in 1997 and is held in Shanghai every May. The 20th session was successfully held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center on May 10-13 in 2017. In 2017, the exhibition area reached 183,000 square meters, meeting the growing demand of the Chinese baking market. The exhibition attracted 2,034 exhibiting companies from 30 countries and 122,284 professional visitors from 105 countries and regions. It provided a business platform for high-quality and cost-effective baking ingredients, equipment, and related products and services, and established a business platform for the industry.
