机器特色:
1. 游星滚轮对面皮压缩比为6:1(视面团特性)。
2. 全自动洒粉系统配合各式面团操作。
3. 滑轮材质采用日本进口食品级专用材料。
4. 铝铸件采用日本进口食品级专用材料。
5. 不破坏面皮组织,不发热,保持传统手工风味。
6. 可弹性变化生产线(既搭配不同外围配备,就可生产不同产品)。
功能说明:
1. 面皮经过第一道可调整厚薄之大滚轮,整压出产品所需之面皮,再经过一组可调
整厚薄之游星滚轮(由12 支擀面轮与一支大滚轮组合而成)采渐进拍打模式将面
皮擀薄,使面团更有光泽,品质更加稳定,最后进行一道可调整厚薄之定型轮将面
皮碾压至所需规格。
2. 卷轮装置将面皮卷成成条状。
3. 内建光电控制系统可自动调节滚轮速度,自动化程度高。
4. 主机由三种标准轮宽规格,可依据产品规格选购(亦可因客户特殊需求,而量身
定制)。
FEATURES:
1.Rotary rollers make quick reducer gauhing station to reduce the dough thickness by a max factor of
6:1(depending on the dough type and quality ).
2.Automatic sprinkle system cooperates with different dough.
3.The roller wheel is made from specific food material imported in Japan.
4.Aluminous machine parts are made from the specific food material,imported in Japan.
5.It will not damage the organization of dough,keep the traditional manual flavor.
6.Production line is flexiable.(Users can produce different productions if go with different side equipments).
FUNCTION EXPLANATION:
1.The dough is kneaded by the first roller wheel , where you can adjust the
thickness of the dough ,and rolled by rotary rollers made of twelve roller wheels
and a roller wheel by the way of flapping by shapely wheel which can adjust the
thickness of the dough ,according to the customers’s requirements.
2.The roll-up wheel will roll the dough into strip.
3.It has a built-in PLC control system ,which automatically adjust the speed of
roller wheel. The degree of automatic is high.
4.The main machine has three has three type , users can choose according to
their requirements.(also can order because of special requirements ).
